Mr. Johnson formally served as the Manager of Information Systems & Purchasing at Bridgeway, Inc. a Galesburg Illinois not-for-profit human services organization. Bridgeway, Inc. provides behavioral health counseling, vocational training, substance abuse, family services, community employment, and services to individuals with developmental disabilities and community living in west central Illinois and southeast Iowa. Prior to his tenure at Bridgeway, Inc. he was IT Operations Manager at Morton Metalcraft Company a Morton Illinois sheet metal fabricator. Morton Metalcraft Co. has 3 operating divisions primarily focused on 3rd party OEM part manufacturing for agricultural, earth moving, mining, and waste management equipment producers worldwide. He has also served as the Information Systems Manager, for C.B. Accounts, Inc. a national financial management group, with facilities in 40 states, primarily focused on debt management, restructuring, purchasing and selling of debt / equity. Mr. Johnson has led employees in the Telecom, Electronic Repair, Information Systems, Maintenance, and Facilities Operations arenas. He has been responsible for the planning and disposition of a 2.5 Million dollar budget, and led the restructuring project of Telecom and Data services resulting in an annual 1 Million dollar cost savings. Mr. Johnson moved the Information Systems group to a 6 Sigma initiatives platform resulting in reduced data management costs, and guided the organization through the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) implementation for compliance. He has also served the community as an instructor of technology, at Illinois Central College, a community college in East Peoria Illinois. The primary focus was the Instruction / Development of college students in the Business and Information Systems curriculum. Courses included SOX policy compliance, 6 Sigma initiatives, networking, field service automation, strategic planning and implementation, disaster recovery planning.
