Robert L. Massengale, AIA, Architect was established in 2008 as a desire to continue my services to the Southwest Florida region with continued community recognition of my talents to the built environment. I am a former the principal of one of the largest architectural firms in the area from 1991 through July 2006 and now am a sole proprietor of the firm Robert L. Massengale, AIA, Architect PA, with over 30 years of experience in project design, project management, financial management, construction administration and client relations, 24 of those years serving Southwest Florida. This firm is uniquely qualified in several areas that may be of interest including evangelical church design and master planning, new commercial building projects, architectural and interior renovations, space planning and analysis and feasibility studies. As a sole proprietor, my overhead expenses are reduced to a minimum keeping my fees very competitive, but with the application of available technology, I am able to provide complete and thorough architectural services to my clients in a relatively short period of time.While the principles of great design are timeless, technology is rapidly improving the options we have for helping our clients envision their finished project. At Robert L. Massengale, AIA, Architect, my staff and I employ a state of the art Building Information Modeling system that provides cutting edge technology – 2012 Autodesk REVIT® Building. The 3 dimensional visuals are incredibly life-like.
