Military Deputy for the USSOCOM Special Operations Forces Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics (AT&L) Center headquartered at MacDill AFB, Florida. In this role I assist in the oversight of SOF AT&L acquisition strategy, program planning, acquisition program performance, and enterprise execution in support of PEOs and Directors, and overall performance of the center against the CDR and AE priorities. In addition, I am responsible for joint military personnel management across the center.

Responsible for developing and executing acquisition strategies to enable US partnership activities across Central and South America.

The Eisenhower School prepares its graduates to lead the strategic institutions and activities associated with the integrated development and resource execution of national security and national defense strategies.

Commands and provide professional competent leadership for 52 civilian and military assigned or attached personnel. Responsible for support development, coordination, integration, and oversight in execution of policies, plans, programs, and resourcing to the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) and the US Army Garrison, Fort Campbell KY. As the Chief of Contracting, responsibilities include: strategic development, contract awards, and contract administration/management oversight for 900 contracts valued at $95 million annually. Provide administration for $22 million annually for 700 government credit card holders. Apply senior management expertise to maintain internal compliance, budge/audit readiness, IG/EO, sexual assault/harassment prevention, command supply discipline, and command inspection programs. Interface with corporate leaders and senior leaders from the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), MICC, ECC, and ACC.

Serves as Branch Chief Contracting Business Operations, responsible for more than 1400 contracts valued in excess of $2 billion throughout Europe, Africa and the Middle East; monitors contract performance on DoD ACAT level programs, DoD weapon systems and major contracts of other government agency's major contracts to include F-35 Joint Strike Fighter (JSF), All-Terrain Vehicle (M-ATV), Improved Ribbon Bridge, and Ammunition; leads 20 Joint Service military and Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition civilians; responsible for coordinating multi team efforts of over twenty senior acquisition-function DOD civilians who perform post award contract administration, pricing and negotiation, delivery schedules, surveillance, contract payment and funding, and contract closeout including an additional $3 billion in Operation New Dawn (OND) Iraq Reconstruction and Relief contracts; 3 year nominative assignment, deploys with a Contingency Contract Management team in direct support to the warfighter.

Led 25 highly skilled acquistion professionals in managing over 7,000 contracts values at over $11 billion dollars. Contract types included fixed-priced with incentives, cost-plus fixed fee, basic ordering agreements, commercial contracts, and hybrid contracts. Additiionally serves as Program Integrator with a workload consisting of contracts for critical and/or complex military components and assemblies support systems such as the Joint MRAP Vehicle, (M-ATV, Buffalo and Cougar), and Mine Protected Clearance Vehicle. Implements continuous process improvement techniques to provide surveillance over government contractors to assure full compliance with all contract technical and administrative requirements. Deploys in support of joint contract operations. Serves as Deputy Contracts Director.

Serves as Team Leader of a modular MTOE Contingency Contracting Team. Leads a four (4) person contracting team capable of deploying worldwide and sustaining operations, either as an independent contingency contracting office, or as an early entry module preparing for deployment of larger contracting commands. Advises units and mission commanders on the availability, location and condition of commercial construction, supplies and services. Serves as the senior mission advisor for operational contracting support. As a warranted Contracting Officer, responsible for solicitation and selection of sources; cost and price analysis; preparation, negotiation, and award of contracts; contract administration and contract closeout. Responsible for command & control, individual and collective training, and technical supervision of assigned contracting officers and NCOs.
