Technical expert in the design, manufacturing, and installation of a highly complex, state-of-the-art facility security equipment/systems target for HTHR posts as part of new technical security installations and Operations Centers.Forecast resources requirements and analyze and identify potential problem areas and recommend timely corrective action to resolve issues for each project.Researches and investigates the development and implementation of new technical security technology and potential integration that is currently in use within the Department of State.Interacts with and represents PTB with other Branches within ST offices, DoS offices and federal agencies within the intelligence community, with representatives of contractor firms and other industry personnel associated with the design, engineering and installation of facility security equipment/systems. Verifies that all technical security systems are installed free of defect under existing DS installation standards and regulations.Collects and analyzes hardware and software issues related to the CNI programs.Develops recommendations for ST leadership and management's consideration on matters and issues associated with substantive CNI design, installation, and associated risk management issues.Serves as Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for the technical monitoring and administration of all CNI contracts and agreements.
