As the Research Associate, I was primarily responsible for literature reviews, various data reporting tasks for different programs throughout Teaching Strategies' service areas, and providing program evaluation support for new, smaller internal business initiatives. A list of some of my contributions are below: • Provided support in expanding company culturally responsive evaluation/research approaches and CQI efforts.• Designed and implemented an internal program evaluation of an accelerated ECE teacher onboarding program.• Provided data analytic support via R for various projects and assessments such as user metrics reporting, fidelity rating analysis, and process metrics.• Identified an opportunity to enhance the survey processes for various professional development programs that allowed for more efficient data collection methods and more robust analyses.• Led project related to providing grant writing support to account managers. The project increased the number of grant acceptances for various programs.

As the quality management consultant, I helped sustain the Curriculum Evaluation program by developing reports, testing Qualtrics surveys, and supported the school's internal quality control processes. Moreover, I contributed to the school's Assessment program by executing a data analysis process that will enable the school to continue to pursue the enhancement of equity in the student assessment process. This included a literature review surrounding bias in student assessments in medical education (and higher education in general). In addition, I helped develop tools to assist in maintaining data dictionaries/codebooks and analytic plans.

Throughout the years, I was given opportunities to support various data analytic projects related end of year reporting, and managing and reporting and ASQ, KIPS, and CANS assessment data collection and cleaning. Some projects included outcome mapping support using publicly available data including Healthy Places Index, Kids Count Data, Statewide Vulnerability and Recovery Indexes, and regional Health Assessment data. I primarily pursued projects related to performing statistical analyses using SPSS and R (e.g., univariate and repeated measures ANOVA, multiple regression).

My primary responsibility was the analysis of both quantitative and qualitative data from First 5 Monterey County and its funded partners for use in compliance reporting, strategic planning, and program evaluation. I conducted thorough literature reviews encompassing diverse topics including kindergarten readiness, parent empowerment and resilience, Parent-Child Playgroup programs, and Friends, Family, Neighborhood (FFN) services. I also supported the development of a framework for monitoring outcome data utilizing the Persimmony database system.

I collaborated with stakeholders to develop an evaluation plan for local programs embedded in elementary school settings designed to measure program outcomes. I helped support RtMP's program evaluation from initiation to follow up by establishing project timelines and milestones, scheduling regular updates to the leadership team on status in written reports, developed, implemented, and managed program performance data collection and reporting systems, and executing program evaluation processes and analytic plans. To support the program following the completion of the contract, I designed tools in Excel for use in automated participant data collection and compliance monitoring.

In my role as Data analyst, I was responsible for managing the organization's large educational datasets to monitor compliance with grant requirements using reporting systems such as ETO and Clear Impacts web-based platforms. Using these same data, I provided vital support to various schools being served by YPI in crafting data dashboards and report templates, which were distributed monthly as part of the organization's quality improvement and program evaluation initiatives.

I created various evaluation tools aimed at facilitating data collection, analysis, and enhancing program evaluation efforts for direct staff. I designed, produced, and managed outcomes reports dashboards, which were disseminated among executive leadership and clinical staff at Hathaway-Sycamores for monitoring and program enhancement purposes. Additionally, I played a role in crafting and maintaining multiple data dashboards spanning mental and behavioral health services, transition-aged youth programs, the family resource center, and youth mentoring initiatives. I also was given the opportunity to manage the research and evaluation internship program, where I oversaw all aspects of recruitment from screening and interviews to training. Furthermore, I helped develop syntax using SPSS to help standardize the analysis process.
