I worked in both the product development and implementation consulting sides of the business. During times of active product development, I serve as the CTO overseeing that development. On the implementation consulting side of the business, I work with customers as a Delivery Partner and internally to build out solution patterns (Solution Architecture, Technical Architecture, Business Analysis, Configuration Engineering, and Development) and expertise to improve the quality and reliability of our results.In consulting and software implementation projects, I work as the “HMFIC” or key person responsible for all aspects of customer project delivery. If it’s needed to make the customer happy or the team happy or the system work, it’s my problem. This spans from executive selling & managing to project conception & planning to solution definition to project execution. During times of active software product development, my job is to run the product group – product management and engineering. We have developed two major products and a handful of minor products / accelerators. • The aMind Web Framework is an integration platform we developed based on lessons learned and weaknesses identified while at Siebel that helps Siebel customers deploy apps that are faster, more efficient, and channel-friendlier than Siebel’s own apps. Over 10 years we’ve built this to 25 customers on 5 continents with apps used by 10,000’s of users delivering average 65% better task times and self-service usability.• With TethrOn Mobility we expanded our focus on mobility, developing a server and multi-platform client application for taking large-scale data (100k – 5M records) for serious applications (sales quoting, service with assets and parts, etc.) sourced from multiple enterprise backends (Siebel, SFDC, Sugar, Apptus, Data Warehouse).

I took the Deal Management product line as its product manager from dream to reality, including defining the product, winning the first and other early customers, definition and development of the product, technical and process setup in the implementation group, and stabilization into orderly incremental enhancements.
