Robert “Rob” MacMahon is a Senior Partner with over 30 years of experience. Robert focuses his practice on premises liability, dram shop defense, construction, commercial carrier litigation, inadequate security defense, and product liability matters.Rob represents carriers and clients with significant self-insured retentions throughout Pennsylvania. He also represents clients in New Jersey when necessary via pro hac vice. His clients include promoters, entertainment companies, nightclubs, concert halls, venues, arenas, bars, restaurants, taverns, retail establishments, janitorial service providers, and malls. With a complete understanding of the client’s business, Rob provides counsel, training, and advice to his clients on risk assessments, avoidance, and litigation management. Rob has conducted over 50 jury and bench trials in significant exposure cases in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Additionally, Rob has participated in more than 100 mediations and is often sought out by both plaintiffs and defendants to serve as a private independent mediator.
