Worked as a Customer Service Representative in a busy residential and commercial paint store. Operational duties included processing clients transaction/ returns/ exchanges/ invoice searches, solved problems, promotion corrections, balancing the daily float, answering phones, and bank deposits. Tactfully addressed issues or complaints with demanding or upset customers, while demonstrating a high level of understanding of their needs. Increased store revenues by 10% through developing a strong pattern of repeat sales and client loyalty by providing full and honest product knowledge. Provided excellent, friendly customer service when greeting customers. This included ensuring all customers were comfortable while waiting for their product. I was one of the most requested CSR’s and believe this was because I am very good at relating to the customer and explaining things on a level that they can understand.
