I excelled as the District Manager leading 12 stores overall ranging from the Falls to West Palm Beach as well as 2 locations in Puerto Rico. The South Florida District became the highest revenue and profit generating district with consistent improvements in same store sales, KPI performances, inventory shrink reduction, P&L performance, and employee and customer satisfaction. While in role, I served as interim District Manager for other regions of the company when needed due to changes in DM personnel for Chicago, Texas, and Canada at different times during my tenure as District Manager. I was responsible for the onboarding and training of the new DMs as they were hired into the organization.
