Set up and ran It Infrastructure PMO for am extremely complex and strategic data center and application migration imperative. Coordinated the migration of more than 2,000 physical assets (Linux Intel servers, Unix, Windows, EMC storage) and ERM applications from the Fort Wayne, Indiana data center to data centers in Tampa, Florida and Irving, Texas. ERM applications included Peoplesoft, SAP, and Supply Chain Subsystems required to support the entire spin-off enterprise. Other application migrations included security infrastructure, Weblogic, Websphere, and a database tier of Oracle 10g and 11g with RAC, and Datagard. Project scope included tech refreshes, platform upgrades and extensive use of VMWare and internal cloud computing.
