Assisted over 152 organisations with their Covid19 response. Sourced and distributed over 170k items. Saved charities over £65k in equipment hire, services and goods. Completed 127 varying requests for help completed providing equipment, infrastructure, PPE, sustenance, and services. Provided a lifeline to several organisations. Received donations and contributions from 212 amazing suppliers. Over 139 days were volunteered by our fantastic team.The social media, marketing and PR around the initiative reached over 350k. Headed up the marketing & promotions team at The Warehouse Project driving the huge change from traditional marketing to online marketing.Expanded the marketing remit to enable the WHP series to grow from 25 2k capacity Store Street shows per year to a 30+ 5k capacity event series at Victoria Warehouse. Enhanced the marketing offering of Parklife to take the festival from 15k capacity student-focused show to an 80k+ sell out major festival attended by people from all over the UK.Headed up ticketing for both events: fostering and nurturing close relationships with all of the major players within the industry. Oversaw the change of primary ticketing partner twice.
