Green Eye Games is board game company, founded by Sandy Petersen, Richard Luong and Robert M. Atkins, specializing in high quality products for collectors. In summer of 2013, GEG launched a kickstarter, Cthulhu Wars, which reached funding goal in the first hour, and over $1.4million in a month. At the time, it was the 3rd most successful board game campaign with crowd-funding and todate the IP has raised nearly ~$6million through crowd-funding.

Working with the talented Marketing \ Sales team at Mumbojumbo, we design and create some of the best packaging and marketing in the causal gaming industry.

After selling my company Ritual Entertainment to Mumbojumbo, I worked as the Creative Director in-house, focusing my talents on all of internal games as well as all packaging for our retail products. These where the most productive years of my professional life, with dozens of titles (both R&D and released) had my artistic eye and design touch. I helped lead and manage both internal teams and a outstanding team (HotLava) in Russia during this time as well.

As a core founder of the company, I was part of product design, art creation, company focus for over a decade. We build a great culture where people grew beyond their expectations and have gone on to create countless successful products in the gaming industry because of the foundation we cultivated at the core of the developers who worked at Ritual. We created a number of great games, and while we poured detail and attention into each product, it was nothing more than a labor of love for games. In 2007 we were voted into SMU's TOP 100 Company in Dallas.Some of the highly acclaimed products I added my unique form of twisted creative and artistic genius to include: Quake Mission Pack #1: Scourge of Armagon, SiN, Heavy Metal: F.A.K.K.2, SiN Episodes, StarTrek Elite Force II, Blair Witch, 25 to Life, Legacy of Kain, Counter Strike: Condition Zero and Counter Strike XBox.

Was responsible for creating and managing all marketing creative for the internal as well as 3rd party products. My talents helped establish branding for Terminal Velocity, Rise of the Triad, Duke Nukem 3D, Blake Stone, Shadow Warrior, as well as dozens of other smaller titles while at the company. All of the advertising and marketing materials (logos, package layout \ design, cover illustration design, copywriting, flyers, t-shirts, manuals, posters, mousepads, etc) were designed and created with my own two hands. When it came to marketing and brand management, I was the sole contact for the publisher and media purchasing. Also managed the printing of packaging process, press-checks, manufacturing, ect.
