As President and CEO of Cencora, a global healthcare company headquartered in the Philadelphia region, I am focused on building on Cencora’s incredible legacy of growth and exceptional customer-centered atmosphere, while leading our 46,000+ team members globally as we work together to create healthier futures. With more than 30 years of experience in pharmaceutical care, I began my career as the founder of Xcenda, which provides health economics as well as strategic and reimbursement consulting to pharmaceutical companies. I then joined Cencora (formerly AmerisourceBergen) in 2007 when the company acquired Xcenda. As a passionate advocate for inclusion, I am proud to Chair Cencora’s Global DEI Council and serve as Executive Sponsor of the Executive Leadership Initiative, as well as serving on the board of directors for the Covenant House of Pennsylvania.
