Led Personal Care on all inventory management strategies including new product introductions, SKU Rationalization and re-stage programs. Maintained three modules of the Demantra Forecasting System and statistical data supporting the Sales Budget and Demand Plan. • Drove continuous improvement projects in supply chain through data analysis to reduce complexity, improve efficiencies and reduce costs. Improved inventory turns and decreased on hand inventory to under 3 MOS.• Coordinated the Procurement of Third Party Manufacturing locations including the move of two key brands into a new production facility while maintaining order fill of 97%. Attained faster deliveries, continued GMP along with quality R&D and innovation capabilities.• Measured Demand Planning accomplishments, Sales Forecast accuracy and Inventory analysis as part of the S&OP Process team. Destruction cost avoidance has been reduced 45% to 60% annually. • Worked closely with the Implementation of two systems for Personal Care. Oversaw all of the testing, optimization and training for Personal Care. Developed test scrips and training manuals shared by multiple divisions. • Managed over $32MM of finished goods inventory manually during the inception of the Personal Care division. Visible only upon receipt I developed Production Orders, Demand Plan and Sales Budget by locations and SKU for several years.

• Managed 3 Divisions of finished goods deployment for $1.6B sales organization, including 10MM cases, 2,500 SKUs / 1,400 active, 4 plants, 5 warehouses and 24 third party manufacturers.• Created Wal-Mart Risk Analysis to improve service levels above 99%. • Supported “Make & Ship” (MASH) and "Wave" pick projects moving product directly from the line to a freight lane. Reducing staging by over 200 pallet spaces and five transit days.• Collaborated with PWC on the implementation of SAP OTC and INFOREM for Inventory Planning.
