Like the bird of Phoenix rising from the ashes, Robert has lost 40 kilograms in weight. He is in remission from Type-2 Diabetes, Stage-4 Cancer, and Peripheral Neuropathy that once threatened to confine him to a wheelchair for life and even led him to attempt suicide. While 3M was transitioning to the new plain paper technology, the challenge was to maintain divisional profitability through continued sales of both dry silver hardware and consumables.In response to this requirement, I developed a strategy that provided the dry silver printing technology free of charge, provisional on the customer signing a forward order agreement for 2-years for a defined volume of dry silver consumables.This same strategy was adopted by mobile phone companies several years back to lock user into term agreements for the provision of free handsets and is still in use today.The position is responsible for the achievement of the company’s sales forecast for the Information System Technologies Group.
