Continued to oversee the Financial vertical while still performing testing and managing team members. Consulting work was more high-level working with teams to determine how to include accessibility in their design and development processes, help develop accessibility policies and review models for managing budget and determining who should oversee accessibility within organizations, and participated in multiple committees. Internal committee participation included the Services Steering Committee and another to oversee how Services aligned on tools and testing methodology as well as develop requirements, personas, and features for an upcoming product overhaul.

Responsible for growth of our Services department from 29 employees (15 full-time employees and 1 part-time in our Virginia office) in July 2014 to 62 employees (full-time employees in our Virginia office plus 12 remote contractors) as of July 2017. Grew revenue in the FinSec vertical 92.4% from July 2014 - July 2017. This metric compared to a growth rate of 151% for the company. The measured growth of the FinSec vertical revenue accounts for only revenue generated by Services however additional growth has been generated under my management from SaaS sales and training engagements.Hiring:As Level Access has grown, I have been involved with the hiring of Services team members. I review resumes, conduct phone screens, perform on-site interviews, and coordinate with our recruiters and HR department to provide hiring recommendations.PM (Internal):I manage a team of 5 direct reports, 2 full-time contractors (one in Canada and another in the UK), and a team of 10 testers in India. I coordinate the projects in which they work, match skill-levels with projects, review work to ensure quality, carry out performance reviews, and develop training and mentorship plans.PM (Client-facing):Work with stakeholders to develop processes for fitting accessibility testing and remediation into their life cycles. This includes sprint planning based on prioritization of high-risk and high-severity issues, development and QA plans, and developing the processes around how we manage our engagements.Testing:Provide accessibility and web development subject matter expertise to clients across verticals.Training:Perform webinar and in-person training.IT:As needed, provide IT support for our office. This includes hardware/software troubleshooting, setting up VM and VPN software, and building/configuring server racks with our Director of IT. Sales:Regularly sell software and services and coordinate with Account Management to facilitate sales processes.

Accessible web development and auditing.Extensive knowledge of federal accessibility standards and guidelines.Testing experience with assistive technologies including JAWS, NVDA, Window-Eyes, Dragon Dictate, MAGic, and ZoomText.
