  I joined MTP soon after its formation and, as a member of the Board of Directors, was a driving force in its early growth and development. After a highly successful track record in delivering finance and business programmes for managers, I now specialise in providing learning solutions for members of the finance function of major businesses, with particular reference to decision support and business partnering skills.I design and delivers such programmes for a wide range of businesses in both the service and industrial sectors and am responsible for managing several major MTP clients including AstraZeneca, Hewlett-Packard, Oracle and Rolls-Royce.Most recently I have been focussing on developing MTP's capability in the area of online delivery and to use Virtual Classroom technology to enhance the scope of blended learning solutions.
