• Provided support for LAN/WAN users in a multi platform - multi location environment.
• Duties included but not limited to backup logging of 3 servers, cellular communication problems, hardware replacements, OS installs, software upgrades, server and workstation audits, printing problems, and training.
• Assisted with migration from Token ring to Ethernet network. My role in the migration consisted of switch programming, and NIC replacements in servers and desktops.
