I partner with executives and colleagues to devise and implement the core messages and tactics that expand product penetration in crowded markets. Bringing a coaching mindset, I leverage each individual's strengths to build high-performing teams that drive sales to new heights in the rare disease space. Coaching is a key word for me. On weekends, I take my love for motivating others to the field, serving as a volunteer sports director for a residential treatment center to enable fostered children to build their confidence and self-esteem through energizing sports groups.
