I literally taught people how to use technology! This ranged from Windows based PCs to Apple computers, iPads and Android tablets, smart phones, digital cameras (including DSLRs) and many other types of technology.We also taught large classes of clients several times throughout the week. Class content was predetermined and would range from "How to Use Windows 10" to "How to Take Great Photos".We also got to troubleshoot general IT problems over the counter rather than checking in machines. We had to solve a lot of problems on the fly. It was a lot of fun and always a challenge. I learned something new everyday!This was probably my favorite role with Geek Squad. Show less
