Held two roles: senior insight director and co-lead of Mindshare Purpose, a space to respond to the shift to purpose-driven businesses.In 2016 we launched our consultancy services at Mindshare’s Huddle for Good. In 2017, we created Planning for Purpose, a framework and practical toolkit, for unlocking and activating a brand’s social purpose in media. In 2019, #changethebrief launched as Mindshare's response to the climate crisis. Promoting in our clients' audiences the attitudes, lifestyles and behaviours that will lead to a net-zero emissions society.

Supported a £25 million programme to identify innovative social interventions that have the potential to be replicated in other regions. Short term contract to implement insight-led thinking to start up social enterprises

Eight-month project in the Kambia District of Sierra Leone at the single hospital serving a 350,000-strong population. Pioneered an on-the-ground collaborative community led project for the construction of a rural health centre, having fundraised £5000. Construction completed in 12 weeks, before deadline, and handed over to local government. The health centre gives direct access to healthcare to 5000 people who had previously been isolated. Mentored local grass roots community group in project management, budgeting, strategic planning, proposal writing and IT skills.
