Current• Provide leadership and executive-level decision-making for a 24/7 Fueling & Servicing operation for 7 separate sites generating in excess of $7.0 million in annual revenues, maintaining an effective liaison with customers to ensure highest quality customer service.• Make extensive use of LEAN and Kaizen process improvement strategies to maximize profitability while simultaneously creating more efficient processes; documented savings of up to $80,000.• Hands-on management of all safety directives as well as employee work scheduling to ensure appropriate staffing levels in support of operational demands and business requirements.
