Accountable for the financial turn-around of the business services division consisting of 120 employees providing custom outsourcing solutions such as production assembly, packaging, light manufacturing, and document management, as well as a full line of facilities services to the public and private sector. Strong focus on service quality for customers including Eastman Kodak, Chrysler, Antioch Publishing, Paxar Corporation, BF Goodrich, and the United States Air Force.

Elevated organizational performance through improving the training and development function for the nation’s largest supplier of in-store/in-home assembly and merchandising services to retailers including Target, Sears, Lowes, and Home Depot. Orchestrated publications, graphic/web design, video/multi-media production and technical training to provide ongoing development and support to over 3,500 field employees delivering service to 8,000 retail locations across the country.

Directed service operations in the greater Baltimore, Delaware, and the northern Washington, D.C. markets. Operation included managing a staff of 70 employees in three business segments: in-store, in-home, and merchandising services generating $1.3 million annually.

Developed and implemented cost-effective training in the eastern half of the United States. Traveled extensively conducting Train the Trainer courses and analyzing trainer effectiveness.
