As a Pricing Team Leader, I was in charge of the entire store’s merchandise pricing (labels/tickets/signs). Lead and trained a team of 6 employees, set up guest friendly promotional signs, drove sales resulting the 2nd-most profitable Target store in Western Canada.I also supported as Guest Service Team Leader by managing Front End team members and operations due to my previous experience and achievements, area in which I am extremely confident at mastering.

As a Guest Service team lead, my role was to maintain order at the check-out area, present myself as accountable and capable to my fellow cashiers, and to our guests. Being in charge of up to a dozen team members while multi-tasking, it was such an amazing experience while finding the balance between all my objectives, and I enjoyed every single moment of it.
