I'm the Head of the D.C. Office at Rogers Joseph O'Donnell, PC, a boutique law firm specializing in government contracts, and I chair the Cybersecurity and Privacy practice group of the firm. I advise leading companies on complex and high stakes matters involving cyber and supply chain security, cloud computing and managed services, data breach, rulemaking and regulation, compliance, and acquisition issues. I've been recognized as a thought leader on cybersecurity and government contracts. In 2024, I was honored in Lawdragon's inaugural 500 Leading Global Cyber Lawyers guide, and I was named a “Top Voice” by LinkedIn. Chambers USA has recognized RJO’s high-profile work, and it is the only boutique firm ranked in its exclusive Government Contracts: The Elite (USA - Nationwide) list. My own work has garnered Band 1 recognition from Chambers in USA Government Contracts: Cybersecurity (USA — Nationwide), the highest Chambers ranking an attorney can receive. I have also been ranked in Band 2 for Government Contracts (USA – Nationwide) for 14 consecutive years. Whether I’m representing leading U.S. and international corporations or contributing to the policies and plans of the national security community, I’m committed to helping shape the dynamic fields of cybersecurity, technology law and government contracts. I’ve co-authored several reports — including the 2017 Defense Science Board Cyber Supply Chain Report and the 2018 MITRE “Deliver Uncompromised” Report — that have been credited with helping shape government contracting cyber and supply chain security policies. I was a 2016 “Federal 100” awardee.
