I have previously held the role of Managing Partner of the Melbourne Office of RSM Bird Cameron.I have over 25 years experience with local and international private and publicly listed organisations in audit and corporate advisory work. My experience covers the responsibility for external audit functions, the review of financial systems and controls and financial analysis, assessment and reporting.I have held a wide range of advisory and assistance roles to boards, management and audit committees and have experience with assurance services, financial reporting advice, due diligence, litigation support and acquisition and sale of businesses.I have also acted as an Expert Witness in court proceedings relating to Financial Reporting and Auditing matters.
