IT Professional: Voice Expert, Network Administrator, Unix/Linux Systems Administrator, Developer.I always like to leave a positive impact on people I meet and places I visit.I love technology and seeing how it can have positive influence on people's lives, how they use it and what it allows them to do.In my current daily life I specialize mainly in unified collaboration technologies. Communication should be easy to use for the person to person and for business to business information exchange. Things such as a voice over IP, video or simple IM should just work. I’m a strong believer that true power and benefit of VoIP comes with integration of data with voice. This is one of the reasons why software such as UCCX is one of my most favorite out of the box products in the Cisco UC line up, since it offers the greatest flexibility and possibilities for creativity in data and voice integration. But even without using UCCX or other call center related products, just the VoIP by itself offers many possibilities of data integration and making users' life easier and more productive.I’m a natural born troubleshooter. I have an ability to imagine what I would call the “Machine”. I can see complex systems and how they work. This can range not only from networks, software, protocols, different designs etc. But also other non-IT equipment and processes, for example household appliances or cars . My commuter car is about to hit 300K and I’m proud to say that I’m its mechanic :) I’m always intrigued by new challenges and trying to figure out difficult things. I love calls such as "this is the strangest thing ever", which are often frustrating for others. I love them since they always offer a possibility to learn something new, especially when things don’t behave as expected. This ability also helps me learn new technologies and concepts.
