- Oversee the release process and run scheduled releases- Keep track of multiple releases and release dates- Use Jira to track work being done for each release- Assist in making final QA checks for each release- Check testing results in Testrail before each release to ensure quality- Hold weekly meetings to discuss releases/projects and deadlines- Communicate across teams to ensure progress toward goals

- Writes test plans for all ongoing projects- Does periodic and final tests on all products to confirm quality- Manage multiple projects simultaneously- Keep open lines of communication with multiple clients- Communicate daily with development team to understand project needs- Communicate concerns and needs of the development team to stakeholders- Setting up meetings, both reoccurring and as needed to keep work flow moving- Follows up with clients after release to follow up on and confirm user reported issues

-Communicate status of release to stakeholders and team members-Communicate team roadblocks to Engineering and Product Management while offering solutions-Define and refine the release process across multiple teams-Deep involvement in QA Process and Procedure for the team-Classify and Prioritize tasks in JIRA for multiple projects in backlogs and current sprints-During release cycle, makes critical calls for features that pass quality checks for integration into the product

-Review Design and Product for Quality, and Testing Strategy.-Communicate QA difficulties to Engineering and Management as needed.-Write test approach documents for larger projects, and test plans for smaller projects.-Resourcing QA time across one or more ongoing projects.-During test cycles, communicate risk and bugs as issues present themselves.-Follow-up with CS, Machine status, and social media on release days to confirm quality.-Writing feature tests, regression tests, and release tests are also written at any point during the sprint.-Answer integration questions on behalf of QA and Engineering.-Assisting other QA with test approach, and test writing-Feedback to Design and Product for product ideas or product comparisons.-Deep involvement in QA Process and Procedure for the team-Working directly with CS to diagnose and replicate issues
