Data Scientist in the Insight Analytics Consulting team. Responsibilities have included:* Designing and maintaining machine learning + data engineering libraries across a number of languages (Python, R, Go). Worked with the Software Innovation Institute at ANU to build a prototype for decentralised health data storage aimed at marginalised groups. We designed the system to allow individuals to share medical information with researchers during surveys while maintaining maximum ownership over their data.My role primarily involved researching the Solid Protocol, configuring and maintaining Solid servers, and building tools to populate our systems with test data.
