Beginning as a packaging technologist, I progressed from Cadbury to Coca-Cola and then to Diageo. I developed from an engineer to a manager and ultimately to a director.Then 16 years ago, I re-directed my life to become a partner and general manager with Flow UK and Ireland, the change consultancy. 2016, I altered direction again to create Solstice Consulting Limited to help me live closer to my core values.Here, I will guide others to make real and sustainable changes and support them in successfully achieving their goals in grounded, down-to-earth and practical ways.

As the General Manager of Flow Group, which is a player/manager role, so as well as managing a team of 5 facilitators and consultants I was involved in working with clients to design, develop and implement their training and development needs. My time was split between executive coaching, delivering training and managing organisational change projects for his clients.As a qualified business and personal coach with the Irish Coach Institute, I have spent 10 years coaching to a wide range of professionals, from senior managers to MD and CEO level, with consistently excellent feedback.I have extensive experience facilitating leadership programmes and working with leaders to build and develop high performance teams. In my time with Flow I have led the design, launch and implementation of a Leadership Training Programmes for Bank of Scotland, Citi Group, CIT Finance, Analytic Partners, Linked-In and Riot Games.As an organisational development consultant, I has a proven track record of organisational and cultural change, programme managing through to successful completion, cultural change initiatives with The National Concert Hall, Irish Distillers Limited and Tourism Northern Ireland.

This role involved establishing and developing a new multifunction team responsible for managing all product and packaging change projects in the three packaging sites and six breweries across GB and Ireland.Responsible for leading a team of engineers, brewers, packaging specialists and project managers and driving the Global Innovation agenda for the Diageo beer business working closely with the various marketing functions across 76 countries.

Main responsibilities included managing all packaging development projects for the Island of IrelandThese included project managing the introduction of the new packaging suppliers and components into Dundalk Packaging and Belfast Packaging sites as well as other packaging engineering projects.
