Engaged to effect turn around of unprofitable branch office. Increased year over year sales by over 18% in 2008 in spite of overall market decline of 25%.

Directed office through significant addition to building and through transition to Sotheby’s franchise relationship. Added 9 agents during first year, as well as hiring of new support staff. Business volume increased 17% in year 1 and 26% in year 2, and office has become no.1 in company for closed outgoing referrals. Also led effort to open additional office in neighboring Bethel, CT and recruited 25+ agents to staff it. This office is now no. 1 in town marketshare. In addition, led Southbury, CT office as it transitioned back to profitablility.

Served as highly successful Branch Manager supervising approximately 50 agents. Responsibilities included recruiting, profit & loss responsibility, motivating, training, and the support of company initiatives and affiliates. Led office to significant increase in profits and to #1 position in closed outgoing referrals 2 consecutive years. Recognized multiple years as a PRESIDENT'S COUNCIL MANAGER, which is reserved for Managers who lead offices into the top 20% nationally for profit and ROR.
