On a weekly basis, I am involved in the recruitment, training and appraisal of staff as well as implementing employee performance, engagement and payroll related procedures. I am continuously developing my skills in employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, recruitment, training and development and manpower planning. A rounded HR professional with a master's degree in Human Resource Management. When I’m not on the job, I love walking with my dogs, working out in the gym, traveling and seeing new places, and working with animals.
