Directing a team of specialists in providing a cloud service environment in order to provide a full ICT outsourcing solution for our customers. As COO responsible for all operational processes and technical developments. Started as Release Manager and soon following Manager R&D and Hosting Framework Development I was responsible for the delivery of the Siennax platform. After the ASP-area moving into Hosting Services as Manager Configuration Management I was responsible for managing multidisciplinary teams of (initially based on Open-source) developers, Linux engineers, DBA's and Java application engineers. After this position I became responsible for the total delivery of services (mission critical applications as well as SaaS solutions) to our international customers as Delivery Manager. After setting up the delivery organization (including change- project- and service-level-management) I moved to the position of Director Operations. Siennax was re-branded as SaaSplaza.

Several Posts In Europe

Started as a software developer for an international client in a document management environment after which I rapidly moved to a managing role. In this role I managed a team of engineers responsible for delivery of services based on DMS and call-center solutions for international customers. During my position at Essentium I've worked for several years in Germany (mainly for insurance companies) and maintained several international relationships with our clients in Europe.
