The Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health is a yoga-based retreat center providing experiential education for the whole person: mind, body, heart and spirit. It is one of the largest employers in the Berkshires with close to 500 employees serving nearly 40,000 guests/students each year. As the VP of Programming and Business Strategy I am responsible for the vision, strategy, execution and bottom line of all Kripalu programming for 40,000 students. This role currently overseas Programming, Revenue, Learning Innovation, Marketing & Sales, Fundraising, Guest Services, Production and Reservations. This role blends an innovative business builder with strong leadership capacity, financial and marketplace literacy, and understanding of the transformative aspects of experiential education.
