SALES TARGETS:-Compile an order in-take report and submit to the Managing Director on a daily basis-Promote and sell the slow moving stock to customers while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as required.-Support the sales team with process improvement, measurement, tracking and analytics relevant to their functional areas-Partner with Sales and Marketing department to refine lead qualification process, analyze and report on campaign performance with reporting and dashboards-Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes-Create monthly content for executive presentations and board reporting-Track and analyze key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment-Assist with on-boarding and training new sales talent -Refine customer segmentation, assist with territory management, and create a plan to enhance renewal and upsell processes-Maintain regular check-ins with Sales Managers/Enterprise Sales Representatives and others who contribute to opportunity development to determine how sales opportunities are tracking against plan and identify any problems for internal review and problem solving-Maintain procurement and contract recordsCUSTOMER CENTRICITY: -Liaise with the operations and dispatch staff to ensure that customer requirements are met-Resolve product/service queries by clarifying customer complaints and logging them -Update customer price lists when price changes occur-Ensure that internal staff have all the relevant information so that invoicing can be done timeously-Conduct an MDI (Managing Daily Initiative) on a weekly basis with the dispatch, production, receiving and sales staff to address problem areas within each department-Recommend potential products and services to customers -Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times

-Promoting Barclay card products to both BBK customers and non BBK customers.-Recording Customer complaints while in the field, writing and presentation of the final report to line manager.-Follow ups to customers and how the products are serving them.

-IT support - Hardware and Software, Network ie. configuration of wireless routers and also troubleshooting issues concerning internet connectivity.-IT equipment maintenance, support and training -Participated in various departmental programs including Land use ,Land cover Mapping , Crop -Forecasting ,Forest Mapping ,Urban Mapping ,Aerial Photography, Aerial surveys for wildlife census and Data management.-Applied GIS software in data generation and manipulation including familiarization with vector and raster data, geo-referencing, color composition, image classification, supervised and unsupervised classification, clipping image mosaic and color banding.
