Current● Directly involved with the development of simulation models (e.g., discrete event simulation) and other decision-analytic models (e.g., Markov, individual state-transition, survival partition) either as a scientific supervisor or primary programmer to assess the cost-effectiveness of healthcare interventions. ● Manages the scientific and financial nature of multiple ongoing projects, including direct client communication, ensuring the scientific accuracy of deliverables, and monitoring the financial health of the project.● Supports multiple junior staff as a people manager, assisting with day-to-day needs, setting and assessing goals, and actively engaged in resourcing for both individuals under direct supervision as well as for projects not actively involved in.
