I plan outdoor advertising campaigns that include billboards, citylights or mobile billboards as the main focus, in accordance to customer needs.At the beginning of each month I also monitor the progress of each campaign, where I check quality of each outdoor placement and if the pre-determined due date was met.I also have some experience with handling customer complaints, though I don't directly deal with the customers, I relay possible solutions to our CS Specialist.
