Directly responsible for the store profit and loss management, human resources, e-commerce fulfillment, facility maintenance, integrated retail member experience, Receiving and Cashier departments. As Brand Central Assistant Store Manager responsibilities included core process and merchandising execution to maximize sales, profit and customer satisfaction. Also responsible for hiring, performance management, service contract sales and maximizing accessory-attachment sales. Spearheaded the roll-out of the Shop Your Way Rewards, Imagine Protection Agreement, Digital Business Card and Shop Sears integrated web-based sales programs.
