• Perform quality review of work completed by an IRS certified VITA Program tax preparer to ensure accuracy of information following IRS guidelines for quality reviews.• Completed Advanced tax law, Standards of Conduct, and Intake, Interview and Quality Review IRS Examinations.• Directly prepared taxpayer’s federal and state tax returns and answered tax related questions.• Work extensively with taxpayers for calculation of taxable income, allowable deductions, and tax credits.

Handle a team of customer service call center agents, cross trained for all HSBC USA products including HSBC Premier, HSBC Retail Banking (Internet Banking, Retail Banking, Select Credit, Loans, etc).
