Returned to a leadership role with Bodybuilding.com – an online fitness store / personal training / supplemental nutrition resource – to help rebuild a product team. Working with Director of Product, acquired new talent and implemented best practices for a cross-functional team. Launched Mixpanel analytics service to better analyze customer metrics and behavior. Led on new brand refinement positioning with C-level decision-makers. Forged and implemented a new design system for web and mobile UI componentry. Led the charge to strategize and roadmap a new vision for the Bodyspace platform.

I led UX and other creative initiatives for AspenCore, which is both a creative agency and owner of global media properties catering to the electronics industry. I oversaw a creative team of 13 in designing tools and content strategies to successfully bring companies and products to market, including – the Cypress Semiconductor PSoC6 maker innovation board, the most successful product launch in company history.We also rebranded AspenCore and successfully rebuilt its uniquely-constructed website.

I joined Bodybuilding.com -- the world's largest online fitness store -- as a UX Designer, then was promoted to Senior Product Designer. Here, I collaborated with user testing and business intelligence teams to evaluate users’ personas, follow their behavioral patterns and then make appropriate UX changes in support of their preferences. While here, I led the creation of Shortcut to Shred -- from concept / design / wireframe to launch -- and revitalized the company website, adding new taxonomy, user interface and a dated legacy system that helped users find relevant content quickly and funneled more traffic from an underutilized forum.
