Responsible for leadership and growth of the College's Warman region, which includes Warman, Biggar and Whitecap Dakota First Nation. Employer/community engagement; overseeing quality programs and student/client services; operational planning and budgeting; staff leadership and development; local campus and facility management; regional marketing, recruitment and fundraising within the region.

Consulting for non-profit organizations and businesses. Provided fundraising audits, strategic fundraising plans, staff training, donor data analysis, gift acknowledgement reviews, donor communications, campaign development and management, marketing strategy and rebranding.

Created and headed a previously non-existent Donor Relations department to raise the funds required to ensure sustained financial health for the college. Led college to six consecutive years of record donation revenues, to just under $1M annually, and quadrupling the college's Student Assistance fund. Defined the philosophy and established systems to effectively and intentionally steward the relationships within the college's support constituency. Traveled extensively throughout Canada (Toronto to Victoria) solidifying relationships with college donors, alumni and prospects.

Responsible for overall management of the college's finances, facilities and support staff. Enjoyed six consecutive years of operational surpluses within a challenging non-profit environment. Affected significant changes in office management culture, accounting systems, accounts receivable, budget management, donor development, physical plant maintenance, facility rentals, IT networks, marketing and public relations.
