My legal practice is a mix of business litigation and general business and environmental law. I represent clients in mediation, arbitration and in state/federal courts and before regulatory authorities and advise them on general business matters such as entity formation and governance, contracts, intellectual property, corporate reporting and compliance, developing vendor and supplier standards, employment and other general business matters. I work collaboratively with clients to help identify and manage their legal risk and to provide strategic business advice and support to help them achieve their personal and professional goals.
