Supervised Houston Service Department for Compucom Systems, Inc.. Changed Service Department into organized profitable part of company and significantly reduced on-site and in-house turn around time. Received certification on complete line of Compaq comput¬ers through 486/25 and SystemPro. Received certification for service of 3 Com, and Novell networks.
