In my almost 10 years at Goodwill Keystone Area as a Hardware Support Specialist, I proved that I am a detail-oriented employee. I was able to personally connect with a lot of my coworkers to resolve their issues in a timely manner with experience in managing and maintaining computer networks, hardware, and software. Proficient in troubleshooting and configuring many different types of devices, with a CompTIA A+ certification and experience with AD, AAD, FreePBX, Microsoft Intune and 365. In my role at Goodwill Keystone Area, I administrated, configured and deployed all hardware (PC’s, Registers, Tablets and Cell/Desk Phones). I managed user accounts in various systems, monitored, troubleshot, updated and repaired the company network. Troubleshot, configured and imaged company owned devices. Implemented many standards such as installing Yealink phones, and designing new IT cabinet setups throughout the company. During store remodels, I worked closely with the construction foreman to make sure everything IT related was completed, including punching down new cables and redesigning/setting up the IT cabinet. Prior to my time at Goodwill, I held call center jobs at CenturyLink/Embarq/Sprint, RiteAid and Earthlink. At the CenturyLink job I started as a basic DSL tech support agent, a DSL tech lead and worked as a RESCUEIT technician (Fixed customers PC issues as well as troubleshot their DSL issues).
