End-to-end product governance lifecycle accountability for Rabobank's Country Banking lending product portfolio.Country Banking is Rabobank’s largest business banking division. The Country Banking product suite consists of lending products designed for large scale agribusinesses across multiple sectors. My role in the Products team is to deliver on business objectives through maximising product and client outcomes. This is achieved by collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders across the business and external stakeholders (including regulators) and vendors. Working for Rabobank has provided me with the opportunity to manage business banking products for a global organisation and to operate and influence across varying divisions within the bank.

I'm responsible for the end-to-end Product Management function of CBA's cash rate Commercial Lending products. My goal is to ensure we: 1) meet the needs of our customer; 2) design products that are simple and easy for our customers and front-line sales teams; 3) operate within our risk appetite and product and distribution policy.Cash Rate loan products that I manage include: Business Loans, Working Capital loans and Bank Guarantees.
