Extensive experience in Engineering and Management. Served as Program Manager for the Electrical and Instrumentation Systems on the Space Shuttle Solid Rocket Boosters for a major aerospace contractor. Served as program manager for ground support equipment for assembly and pre-launch checkout of the Space Shuttle Solid Rocket Boosters with design, manufacturing and deployment responsibilities.Assumed budget responsibilities in excess of $50 million. Served as Manager of Logistics Engineering for the Space Shuttle Booster Program at the early inception.In-depth experience in Engineering Analysis, Design, Electro-Optics, Configuration Management, Quality, EMI, Counter-Counter Measures, Logistics, Instrumentation and Systems Engineering for major Army Missile Systems. Prepared Test Plans, Performance Specifications, and developed Scopes of Work for major Army Missile Programs and Aerospace Programs including Saturn and Shuttle.Performed Life Cycle Repair/Supply and Cost Modeling including development of Cost Estimating Relationships (CER’s) for SAFEGUARD System. Served as Chief Engineer in black satellite programs, performed preliminary design developed performance specification, interface definition and controls, performed detailed design, trade studies, cost analyses, test planning, reliability studies, and more.
