As Customer Service Team Lead, I manage and oversee Jamel Containers customer service department to ensure our products and services not only meet our customer expectations, but exceed them! My team and I also work to provide the manufactures of Tennessee, Georgia, and Alabama with customized packaging at an accelerated rate. Customer Service and quality packaging are at the top of the list of importance for Jamel Containers and I as Team Lead insure that.I am also an experienced sales professional with a demonstrated history of working in the packaging and container industry and I am more than happy to work on any custom packaging opportunity. Sales is my passion and it will always be a large part of my job.

I worked primarily with the Human Resources and Retail Specialties departments in which I marketed promotional activities geared towards the hiring of new employees along with developing the training programs necessary for the new hires. The skills I have acquired while working with Pratt are extensive but mainly focuses on Marketing, HR, and Promotional Activities.
