Responsible for leading a multifaceted R&D Team in creating innovative audio, video and control products for Harman's Global Markets. Worked closely with the Harman Professional Division Leadership to help align development processes and take advantage of Harman's Global Development & Supply Chain resources.

Responsible for leading AMX's Global R&D Teams as we created innovative products to simply your world and how you interact with the technology that surrounds you. Grew the R&D Team both organically and through six acquisitions over a nine year period. The Global Development Team spanned 8 times zones covering the UK, Canada, Texas and Washington State.

Grew the Product Management Team to have both a Product Family focus as well as a vertical Market focus in the corporate, government, education and residential markets. Established close working relationships with International Partners to ensure that our new products addressed global solution needs.

Created a Product Management Team focused on applying technology to solve customer problems. Worked closely with New Product Engineering Team to development and bring to market over 150 new products across 5 product families, providing solutions to simplify the interaction with technology in the corporate, government, residential and education vertical markets around the world.

Lead a team of 8 Product Managers responsible for the Evolo Product line. Evolo was a suite of customer premise equipment that delivered a feature rich set of voice and data services over Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) and Cable infrastructure.

Directed the product development of the Campus-911® system. The system was designed to locate and track a small, handheld Personal Alarm Device, once the device was activated by the user enabling security personnel to located and assist the individual.

Lead a multifaceted engineering department team that developed the mobile and base station components of the Pinpoint ARRAY Network. The Network provided mobile packet data communications services combined with vehicle location & tracking.
