Founded in December, 1993, led Sandy USA to become a recognized quality leader in its markets, creating branding initiatives with international star Della Reese, acclaimed artist Annie Lee, Harlem based milliner Harriet Rosebud, and Latina artist Cristina Sosa Noriega. Responsibilities include P&L, forecasting & budgeting, inventory management, pricing strategy and oversight of customer service, A/P & A/R, warehouse, and shipping operations. Managed sales organization of 110 independent sales representatives, providing training, coaching, and creating marketing and sales tools to facilitate accomplishment of goals. Added new revenue source through creation of B2C direct sales business segment. Developed high value customer database through bounce-back materials and targeted data management, implementing web-based sales site and offering targeted marketing initiatives to increase revenue per customer.

As CEO had complete P&L responsibility, while retaining strategic direction of sales & marketing. Increased Precious Moments Company revenue from $2.5 million to $7 million in less than 4 years, through implementation of best practice management & development of an integrated product/sales/marketing/CRM program that dramatically increased retail shelf space for our products, and enhanced retailer loyalty.
