Saxdor Yachts is probably the fastest growing boat builder in the entire world.Group CFO with three direct reports. Finance department consists of about 10 headcounts (seven inhouse and five headcounts within a bookkeeping firm).My main responsibilities are accounting and business control departments. In addition, I'm responsible for the audited financial statements, reporting to Mgt and BoD, planning, forecasting, cash management incl. liquidity such as fx, new loans and new investors. Finally, I’m also responsible for tax, such as transfer pricing and cooperation agreement, establishing insurances and controls as well as company-wide processes and profitability analysis. Saxdor Yachts is a fiberglass boat manufacturer with its own production facilities in Elk, Poland and Luosto, Finland.Sales via Dealers in +50 countries, five continents. The sales in Finland is handled via B2C.The revenue for 2024E is approx. 105 M€ (74 M€ in 2023, 38 M€ in 2022 and 19 M€ in 2021) and the personnel is about +600 FTE's.

I'm responsible for the reporting, budgeting and analysis of the Global IT function. I’m also a direct line manager to a Business Controller based in Annecy and I represent finance in the Leadership team of Global IT.The annual IT spend of Amer Sports is approx. 100 M€ (incl. Pihlajalinna Oy, a leading Finnish company producing social and healthcare services that is owned by private equity fund Sentica Partners, acquired Nordstrom Hospital Ltd in December 2012. Supported by my work experience gained at RBS, I worked as a financial advisor together with lawyers for Nordstrom Hospital Ltd. My tasks included industry analysis, identifying and contacting potential buyer candidates, contract negotiations as well as making a business plan, information memorandum and marketing material.
